  I am running WordPress 3.6 and Flexform 1.5. The search works on page refresh, but when the search icon is clicked closed it will not reopen.

  When I first click it open firebug tells me:
  <input type=”text” name=”s” autocomplete=”off” style=”display: inline-block; opacity: 1; width: 140px; “>

  But after it is clicked closed it will not open again and firebug tells me:
  <input type=”text” name=”s” autocomplete=”off” style=”display: none; opacity: 1; width: 140px; “>

  Can you please deactivate any plugins and customizations temporarily and see if that helps?

  I deactivated all plugins and removed all custom CSS, and the search icon still only opens once. After it is clicked closed it will not reopen. The site is now live at http://www.incanetworks.com/

  Also, I just tested your demo on the iPad: http://flexform.swiftideas.net/

  The search box does not open a second time in your demo as well. It works in Safari but not on the iPad.
