  I have checked on multiple browsers but swift page builder still not working on pages, posts or products. The button appears above the text box but when you click on it nothing happens. It only has the plain text, not rich text editor available.

  As per previous forum entries, I have downloaded the latest version of TinyMCE and uploaded to the wordpress installation but that hasn’t changed anything.

  I have deactivated all plugins but still no change.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi,

  This is related with your WordPress installation. Something is wrong because in the default page editor you should have TinyMce activate that show’s 2 Tab button at the right saying Visual and Text like in the image bellow.

  Try to upload the WordPress files again or in last resort install it again.
