    Hi
do you have any idea why the product image appears cropped at the bottom? (i.e. the url I provided)
    How can I solve this?

Sorry can’t give you admin access since it’s a WP Multisite installation and I am not the admin.

    thanks

    Hi

Are you using the vertical layout for the images?

    Hi

If you mean the vertical layout for the image gallery when there is more than one image per product, then yes, as you can see here: http://aleeza.wp.flyer.it/shop/prodotto-di-test/

I tried to change the default 700px height in Theme Options > WooCommerce Options > Vertical Product Slider Height
    but nothing seems to change.

    thanks

Thanks, but now the product with the image gallery (http://aleeza.wp.flyer.it/shop/prodotto-di-test/) has the images one after the other with the lightbox…is it not possible to use the previous image gallery with thumbnails on the left?

    Hi,

    Before you run the update:

    – I would suggest you zip up the main theme and child theme folder and download them for backup.
    – It is also advisable to download a copy of your database, your host can do this if you are not conformable.

This can be done much easier with a plugin, ex: https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/.

Have you updated your child theme files to merge them with the latest update parent files?

    Thanks,
    David.
