    I am not abel to update the theme. I get this message: An error occurred while updating Atelier: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Will the zip file lose anything settings i have saved in theme options?

    Hi,

    no, don’t worry with that the it’s only files that you should copy over the existing ones.
    our updates don’t touch in the database where the Theme options is stored.

    Try this way instead.

    1- Deactivate the Atelier theme by activating other theme

    2- Click in the Atelier theme details and press the Delete option at the right bottom corner like in the screenshot

    3- Install that zip file like you did when you installed Atelier theme

    Hope it helps. If you can’t do it provide us admin access so we can do it for you.
