    Hi,

I am trying to set up my header as sticky header similar to the Convoy demo page. For some reason it won’t stick though the header options are
    sticky header = ON
    sticky header resizing = ON

Can somebody help me with that, please?

    Hi,

I looked at your header options and the only strange thing I notice is that you don’t have any header layout selected.
Can you try to select your header layout again, and test it.

    Hi Rui,

I noticed that too. I selected the header layout but it won’t show it in the theme options. I have not idea what is causing that because it was working before and then at some point not anymore.

You have and theme update pending, try to update first and clear the browser cache.
If it still behave the same way try to deactivate all plugins except Swift Framework, Woocommerce, Rev Slider.

It’s just to discard a potential plugin conflict.

Okay. I updated the theme and the available plugins. (Though the demo content plugin failed.) I cleared the browser cache.
I deactivated all plugins apart from Swift Framework, Woocommerce, RevSlider.

Still it won’t show the selected header layout. šŸ™

    Hi,

There is a new version out 1.60, can you please run the auto update? If that fails we can provide a zip file to manually upload via FTP.

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi,

I have just tried to update to version 1.6. It didn’t work. Got the following error message:

    Unpacking the updateā€¦
    Installing the latest versionā€¦
    Enabling Maintenance modeā€¦
The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.
    Theme update failed.
    Return to Themes page

Could you provide the zip file please?

    Thanks,
    Berit

    Hi David,

I updated the theme to version 1.6 and it made it even worse. It still won’t show the current selected Header Layout. But to make it worse my page layout is broken. The column elements don’t display right anymore. They expand to full width now. Have some settings changed?

    see http://blog.winery-hicks.com

    Thanks

    Hi Berit,

Have you also updated the plugin ‘Swift Framework’? This must also be updated.

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

I was not aware of that. The Swift-Framework update has just appeared under my WordPress Plugins. Unfortunately, the update failed. šŸ™

Could you provide the zip-file, please?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I updated the theme (v. 1.6), the swift framework (v. 1.4) and cleared the browser cache. Still it doesn’t show the active header layout nor os the header sticky.

What did I miss? Any idea?

    Thanks

In my opinion something is wrong in your WordPress install, and something related to the css in the admin.

It seems that the selected header is the number 2, I can see this by the code in the page.

Your buttons don’t look like in a “normal” WordPress installation and the css can be affecting the usual blue border that appears in the selected header in Header options.

Guess it’s better to copy again all the WordPress files.

    Hi,

I set up a new WordPress site and so far everything works as expected even the sticky header. I guess we might never know what caused the problems with the sticky header.

    Thanks for your support.
