I apologize for all the posts today. I just had a group of issues I needed to get resolved. This one is really bothersome. The site when viewed on mobile (iPhone) is not loading what you would consider “mobile-friendly”. I’ve tried to doctor some settings on the mobile area, but nothing is working. Will one of you experts take a look for me please? I have included a screenshot to show you how it’s loading on my phone.
Thanks in advance,

I’m also seeing it in Android.
Can you try to turn off all plugins except Woocommerce and SwiftFramework and try again?Just to discard a potencial plugin conflict
Thanks

July 10, 2015 at 4:43 pm #193704Hi Rui,
I have deactivated everything except the 2 plugins you requested to leave activated. The site still has mobility issues. You can view it here with just the 2 plugins activated…

PVJuly 13, 2015 at 1:16 pm #194118Hi,
Could you create us a login? I can confirm I see your header is not working as per the demo site.
Thanks,

There is nothing immediately obvious that stands out – have you modified any files that are not part of the child theme?
If I visit this: http://pdd.staging.wpengine.com/ – the mobile menu is correctly in view now, the logo is not displaying on your stage site, but that looks like the asset has not been duplicated over.
Thanks,
David.Attachments:

I haven not edited any files other than the ones the Swift Ideas team has asked me too to fix issues posted in the forum. I am not seeing the site load like the screenshot above. Also, when I try to update the theme, I get the following…
The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.
Enabling Maintenance mode…
Updating Theme Atelier (1/1)
Downloading update from http://wp-updates.com/api/1/download/theme/V6NzE2EIDNoPXeVPL5E:jg/atelier…
Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…
Theme update failed.
An error occurred while updating Atelier: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.
Disabling Maintenance mode…All updates have been completed.
Also, when I try to activate either one one of the Atelier themes, I get the error:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
I’m not sure what’s up with this theme now.

July 14, 2015 at 6:11 pm #194600Hi,
We are aware currently of a service interruption with our Auto Updates provider, we are waiting on them to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, please use your FTP to upload the update theme file and the Swift Framework plugin.
Updated Theme 1.60 Files: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yt2qu4qnvcduxc4/atelier.zip?dl=0
Updated Swift Framework Plugin 1.40 Files: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dr8qwzjvzqg65v2/swift-framework.zip?dl=0
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks.
July 14, 2015 at 8:15 pm #194616Thank you for the links. I have been trying to update the theme and framework for some time. I have successfully updated both now and it appears to be working/viewing properly on mobile. Is there anything I should be concerned with since I updated via FTP rather than within WP? Could something I needed possibly be overwritten?
Thanks,
PVJuly 15, 2015 at 12:57 pm #194849Hi PV,
Updating via FTP would likely be just as safe if not a more robust way of updating – it’s just not as easy as the auto update.
If everything looks and works great – I’d bet you did everything correctly!
Cheers.
July 15, 2015 at 2:38 pm #194914Actually, I just noticed that the theme is now not working properly with the WooCommerce Advanced Product Quantities plugin. When I change to another WP theme, it works fine. The theme will not allow the product to add to cart and tosses an error about the quantity rule.
If you try to add this to the cart, you will see what I mean.
http://pdd.staging.wpengine.com/product/fall-baby-shower-pumpkin-invitation/Like I said, it works with other themes and it worked before the update.
Thanks,

Can you activate Twenty 15 so we can test the difference?
Cheers.
July 15, 2015 at 5:11 pm #194980Hi David,
I keep finding more and more issues. It’s discouraging as I feel like I have taken 5 steps back. I’m not sure if they’re all theme related, but I can tell you that all was well (with the exception of the mobile viewing issues) before I updated the theme and framework.
As of this moment, these are the issues I’m experiencing.
– Site is not loading as fully secure. Error citing: static-na.payments-amazon.com returned an error (Possibly 404 not found or other webserver error) I cannot find why this is happening. I just know that if I deactivate the payment option, the site is fully secure.
– Checkout option is not always available. You can view your cart, but not checkout sometimes.
– Nothing with customization can be added to cart.
– Nothing with min/max quantity options in place can be added to cart.
– FedEx ajax call stalls in cart at times.
– Anytime I try to activate any of the Atelier themes, I get the error: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. A refresh is then required and it is actually activating it. It just seems like something is wrong.
These are what I’ve found thusfar, but I’m afraid more will appear.
I have pushed the current build to the staging server and will provide Admin creds in a private post.
Theme 2015 is activated.
