    Hello,

I’m having an issue with the website loading slow. One of the issues on top of this is that even though I disabled the product overlay feature (where the product image changes when hover over it) the 2nd image still loads up with the site, even though the feature isn’t enabled. So when the page is loading up you can see both images. Is there anyways to get rid of this? And anyone that can analyze why my site is loading so low.

Note: I’ve already tried WP 3 total cache and it messes up the layout of my site to the point that both images load up which throws off the whole layout.

    Here is my website:

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

bumping will push you back to the end of the to-do list.

    Support Policy

We aim to respond to all posts within 48 hours (Monday-Friday), but in most cases we usually manage to reply less than 24 hours. We work on the oldest topic first, so adding a new comment will take you to the back of the queue. We do also try our best to reply on weekends if we have time.

Please be patient, we appreciate it ๐Ÿ™‚

Here are the issues I found:

1 your site is trying to load a font from fontdeck which it cannot find, is that a plugin you installed?

2 the image Echelonslider_a.jpg is 646kb large, that’s too big. In fact, all your slider images are somewhere between 400 and 800 KB, you should drastically reduce that to max. 160KB per image.

So the main problem of your site is your slider which is in sum too large and loads several MB of files.

    Cheers
