    Hi,
    I have a problem with my thumbnails on productpages. They don’t show up as thumbnails. They do appear as a product image when using the arrows of the productimages but not under the featured product image as a thumbnail.

    To solve the problem I have used the plugin “Force regenate plugin” and checked possible plugin problems by deactive them one by one. No succes.
    I checked the forumquestions but could not find one about this problem.

    Can you give me a solution?

    Hi,
    1- Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    2- Make sure that you have activated PHP IMAGE EXTENTION at your server. Your hosting provider can give the information about it to you.

    Hi Mohammad,

    From my hosting provider a got the following information:

    This extension is present in the form of ‘gd’. This program must be used to performs this operation. Your developers can check this further for you.

    My question is:
    I’m not a tech myself, but can you solve the problem with this information?

    Also need a url to a product that has several images in the product gallery.

    I have 2 url’s for you with the thumnail problem:

    These url’s have a featured images and thumbnails

    Further:
    I uploaded the theme to 3.02
    I did it via Filezilla because otherwise it’s always going wrong. But I see that is uploaded and it works.

    To bad; it still doesn’t work

    Hi Danny,

    This is not something I can replicate on my local dev version.

    I see a couple of JS errors on the site, these could be caused by a third party plugin. Can I ask you deactivate all plugins apart from Swift Framework and WooCommerce?

    Can you privately add your FTP details.

    If you disable the theme and activate Twenty 15 do the images still not show?
