    title should explain it, basically i want to use a png file with transparency as a header image and have the back ground shince through. I tried playing with the css but when i removed what was the background there it also got rid of the background for the normal content area.

    Cheers

    You can use

    #header-section {
    background: rgba(0,0,0,0);
    }

    To make the header transparent a little, but you cannot make it completely seethrough as the content container also shares the background color with the header.

    Is there a way to separate the two, so maybe add something to make the content container have a background (separate to the code to remove the back ground), and then remove it from both but keeping the initial code that still gave the content area a background?

    thanks

    Hi!

    This sure is possible, but I’m afraid it’s not built into the theme and would have to be modified especially for you. We’d love to help you with this customization but we are only able to provide support for basic theme issues and bug fixes. We do provide support for small customizations but unfortunately this request is beyond that. Please see our general policy and guidelines for more info. You could also hire a developer to help you with your customizations.

    Thank you for understanding!
    Cheers!
