    Hi, we’re unable to deactivate the Swift Ideas framework plugin.

    This seems to cause a plugin with the Planso Forms plugin.

    When deactivating every other plugin, except SW framework as we can’t, the errors still show.

    But on other websites without Swift Ideas framework and no other plugins active, it works perfectly.

    Any ideas on a) how can we deactivate the SW framework plugin for testing, or b) how can this be fixed?

    Hi,
    Please explain your issue in detail. Where do you get issue? Any specific page or Admin dashboard? Please install me WPIDE plugin to edit files for debug and resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    You have and update pending in Joyn theme, try to update it first and try again.
    Also install the default WordPress theme Twenty 15 and check if the Form plugin works.

    It seems you may have some permissions issue in your server.
