    Hi,

    Is it possible to only enable a customer to write a review for a product only after he has made the purchase? If so, how do we go about making that work?

    Also, I have downloaded a plugin to reward my customers for purchasing from me. However “My Account” Page right now looks a little messy, and I was wondering if it is possible to put all of the rewards-related stuff into a link at the side (just like “My Orders”) instead?

    Hi

    You’ll need to contact WooCommerce support about this

    Thanks

    How about the settings for the review?

    Also how do I remove the categories that appears below every product on both the shop page and the product page?

    Add this:

    .posted_in {
      display: none!important;
    }

    Hi,

    How about the settings for the reviews as I have asked earlier?

    Like I said, you will need to contact WooCommerce support as the review functionality is solely from the plugin, not the theme. I don’t believe there is a setting to only allow customers who have bought the product to review it, but maybe you can find a plugin that does this

    So you were referring to the question about the Reviews.

    Then may I ask about the Reward Points function that is showing all over My Account Page right now? I’d like them to appear on a subpage like “Address Book”, “My orders” etc that shows in the My Account page.

    I have asked the support for the plugin, but they said this is due to the theme design and I’d need to ask you guys.

    I’m not sure if that’s within our scope of support, I’ll have to forward this to the developer

    Hi there,

    Can you provide a link/login to see this on your site?

    By the looks of it, the plugin adjusts the my-account page more than we can prepare for. You’ll likely want to delete /atelier/woocommerce/myaccount/my-account.php from the theme. Then it should show in a better structure.

    Will the appearance turn out messier? I am afraid if I were to delete it, the site will be in a mess.

    If not, how do i delete the file?

    It won’t use the tabs on the left, but that isn’t possible with that plugin without a large amount of modifications. You can just rename the file to my-account2.php and then revert back if you need.

    If that’s the case I will leave it as it is. I don’t think I’d want to risk messing up the entire site.

    Is there any way to remove the reviews feature if it is not possible to only allow reviews after a customer has made a purchase?
