  I would like the image on this page to be about 200 pixels wide tops, but regardless of what physical size it is in the library OR what image size I assign it in the shortcode (full, medium, large or thumbnail), the image is too large (I guess it’s being enlarged by some setting somewhere but I can’t figure it out) and also too blurry. How can I keep this image at about 200 pixels wide (and proportionate to it’s height)? Thank you.

  You’ll need to add the image into the content area of a text box if you want it to display at it’s normal size
