  Ok So I am having a little bit of an issue with the Neighborhood Theme.

  The load time really sucks and I cant figure it out. The Website loads only the Rev sliders images with the progress bar, and then after 2-4 seconds it loads the rest of the page. Now I am having the same issue with slow page loading time with pages that do not have the revolution slider on them. I need help.
