Hello. During edition, I wanted to add a “Read more” tag, so that the published post would not be that long and occupy a lot of space, and the reader would opt for reading more or not. But it does not work. I do save the edition, update the page and publish it, but as I said, it does not function. I am attaching a screen shot of the edited text…

    Any hints?

    Hi

We have our own excerpt functionality, in the blog asset you can set the excerpt length

Thank you for your prompt reply Kyle. However, I have very little or almost no knowledge of WordPress, so I’d be grateful if you explained what I should do in layman’s terms.

    Cheers

No, it isn’t a blog article, just a page in my web site where I advertise my workshops.

    OK

And if the read more is only for blog posts, can I have more than one blog for my site?

You can but if you want to keep them separate you will need to create to categories

It is better to have a single blog page for your website. You can create as much articles you want and assign them to different categories.
