    What’s the image size that should be used so that the images look “normal” on the woocommerce product’s page?

    I attach an image of the backoffice where it says product image is 300 x 300 so I made sure the images I have are optimized as square images (700 x 700) but when I open the products page they look fuzzy…. Any idea why?

    I’ve changed those settings and uploaded new images but although there’s better resolution, it’s still looking funny. I’ve tried uploading images with 540 x 720 and also 720 x 720 but nothing seems to work.

    Which size should the uploaded images be?

    And is it possible to use square images (for the product’s page; the thumbnails and the shop’s products display)? If so, do I need to change any setting or add any custom css?

    Hi

    The image you uploaded is 720px x 720px, so set that as your woocommerce settings, then regenerate thumbnails

    That solved the problem for the image in the product page.

    Sorry, I should have attached an image.

    The articles to the left (Always Cat Litter) and to the right (Arranhador Sofá) are showing up as vertical squares. The difference between them and the other two is that they have variations.
    Is this influencing the shape of the image? For both I’ve uploaded 720 x 720 images.

    Another weird thing which is happening is that although the default product image shows up correctly as a square (http://ogatofica.com/produto/arranhador-osso/?attribute_cor=branco), once I choose a variation the images get disproportional though they have exactly the same dimensions. I attached examples of both.
