Hi there,
I just bought the plugin “Cooked” and installed it in Cardinal. We I try to adjust the settings in the plugin I see everything is greyed out and I can´t make selections.
I contacted the plugin developer who had a look and told me that the issue is related to the theme which is blocking the JS.
Could you please kindly assist me on this?
Many thanks

Thanks for your reply. I can also see the plugin but I can’t select any of the settings, they are all inactive where as the should be selectable.
Please see screenshot while hovering over an option. The option should get a blue frame indicating is active and should also be selectable.
Thanks

June 25, 2015 at 7:19 am #188310Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

June 25, 2015 at 8:48 am #188368Hi,
I tried deativating all the plugins and it still doesn’t work, so it is not plugin related.
Please advise.
Thanks
June 25, 2015 at 11:04 am #188445Hi,
Just notice you have an older version of the theme.
Can you update it?Now our latest theme version will require our SwiftFramework plugin that is available in Appearance-> Install plugins.

June 25, 2015 at 11:18 am #188457Hi,
This has been done now. The plugin still does not work.
Thanks
June 25, 2015 at 11:31 am #188467Thanks. The problem is that there is no error in the javascript console, so it’s difficult to know what problem could be.
Can you open a ticked in the Cooked plugin support to see if this is any know issue with also other themes? Maybe they have similar situations.
Let us know what they say.

June 25, 2015 at 11:36 am #188470Hi Rui,
Thanks for the reply. I already opened a ticket there before opening it here and they asked me to check with you as they never had this before (I tried myself other plugins).
The exact words were that the theme was not allowing the load of the JS files. I hope this helps
Thanks

June 25, 2015 at 1:41 pm #188585Hi,
I edited cooked.php file at /wp-content/plugins/cooked.
Find this code:-
wp_enqueue_script(‘admin-functions’, CP_PLUGIN_URL . ‘/js/admin-functions.js’, array(), CP_VERSION);
Change with:-
wp_enqueue_script(‘admin-functions-new’, CP_PLUGIN_URL . ‘/js/admin-functions.js’, array(), CP_VERSION);
