  Hi!

  The pics on my products keep on turning on mobile devices. When I edit them and turn them straight up from my mobile device, it works. But then they are flipped over when I check from a computer.

   

  How can I fix this problem?

  The link is my homepage http://www.2systrar.se but on the computer the pics of products are turned the right side up. But when I look at my page on a mobile device, the pics of products are rotated.

  Did it get any clearer?

  Hi again,

  Tried to upload some more products and now the pics don’t show at all on my mobile device (iphone). http://2systrar.se/produkt/klan/

  The older products are showing the featured image but still rotated to the right but the new product i uploaded doesn’t show the featured image (all is showing and working fine on my computer; it’s only on the iphone and ipad that it doesn’t work.

  Hi,

  Clearing the cache depends on the device and the browser. Do a quick search in google or youtube and you will find several articles about it.

  Ok thank you but it’s not solving the problem. It’s a theme issue I think, not a cache issue. If you go in on my page on a mobile device, do you see all product pics and are they not rotated? Because I have tried with serveral of my friend’s devices as well…still the same

  O cleared the cache on my iphoen now and my ipad; problem remains. See attached pics of the product pics.

  Yes, both me and my friends all have iphone. Looks fine on the pic in your android…Are the rest of products not rotated? The yellow dress or the product called Butterfly?
