Hello there, I’m having issues with a large amount empty space at the bottom created in accordion boxes when there is no text or code added below the last line of text. It’s making the other sections of the accordion unseen in the viewport of the browser window.

Are you sure nothing gets added? Have you checked the shortcode in Text view?
