Hello – please see the attached screenshots. The issues are:

    1) Horizontal line in MY ACCOUNT page

    2) Multiple horizontal line in MY WISHLIST page

    3) Product slider visible at the bottom of MY WISHLIST page

I wanted to check if this was general issue experienced by others or is the issue coming from my side. If my side, please how can I resolve it…The horizontal lines makes it look so untidy.

    Many thanks

    Hi

You’ve assigned your wishlist page as the shop page in WooCommerce settings, is there a reason you’ve done that? Should be a different page

Hello – originally assigning the wishlist page to wishlist just was not working. The plugin developers said they would fix the issue in the next update, so I assigned the wishlist page to the shop page as a temporary fix. I haven’t checked to see if the developers have released a fix.

So what about the issues with the horizontal lines. Is the issue coming from my side?

    Hi,

You shouldn’t assign the Wishlist page has the shop. It can cause unpredictable behaviors.

Do you have any custom css? Also try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce.

Ok I will try your suggestions. Thank you. Please I have one final request. I am doing a general cleanup of my plugins (deleting the ones I don’t need), but I have forgotten which ones are required for Atelier to work.

Please can you provide me with names of the plugins that came bundled with the theme originally or that the theme needs in order to work. I wouldn’t want to delete the important ones 🙂

You can see the one’s needed with the theme by going to Appearance > Install plugins 🙂

Yes I know where to find a list of my installed plugins (Appearance > Installed Plugins) – but that was not my question. I am cleaning up my plugins and my question was:

Which plugins came with Atelier theme originally, what are the names of the plugins that comes with Atelier because i don’t want to delete them by mistake

    Hi,

Kyle reply was correct, it’s a different thing.
In Appearance-> Plugins it’s the the list of our recommended plugins.

In Plugins-> it’s all your installed plugins.

You need the parent theme active

Parent is active. doesn’t work…See screenshot.

Rather than going back and fourth, to save time can you just copy+paste the names of the plugins or take screenshot that captures the plugins in your response…
