  hi guys,

   

  Seems like the promo bar doesn’t fully extend to 100% width on just one page in chrome mobile view. All other pages are completely fine.

   

  I first thought it was because of a cache plugin or minify plugin. I disabled all of them to trouble shoot and still same issue.

   

  The only page it has an issue is cancermind .com / donate

  in mobile view only

  doesn’t that code say woo commerce?  I don’t use anything commerce on my site?

  Although you don’t use Woocommerce the css should be there in case you use since the theme is ready for Woocommerce.

  You should purge your cache to see if that situation happens without the customized css that was provided. We don’t have other similar situation so probably something in the cache mechanism.

  Yes that what i thought but before i contacted you guys i did flush all cache twice and no help…. but i will try again and let you know.

  Also the other thing that’s strange is that it only happened on one page when every page has promo bar.

  Cleared all cache and problem still there without custom css…..

  With custom css problem solved.

  Yes the custom css code fixes the problem but would rather find out why the problem happened so I can fix it the right way so it doesn’t cause more problems in the future. There can be a bigger problem that i don’t know about yet.

  With that custom css it won’t cause you problems in future updates.

  Since we don’t have any similar situations, and your problem is solved, we can’t afford spending a lot of time investigate it. Because we just don’t have enough time to do it so we can reply all customers issues.
