  Hi

  I was wondering how do I edit the appearance of the blog category page at http://www.monkmoordental.co.uk/our-blogs/

  i.e. I want to add a banner/slider across the top of the page but can’t see a way to do it as this is technically a ‘category’ and not a page.

  Hi,
  This is a category page so you need to edit category template that is category.php file.

  So it needs to be done using code and the page design cannot be altered in the same way as a normal page?
