    You should find these 2 text inside the translation files, you just need to translate it.

    You had several format errors. It seems you changed the original text.
    You can’t change the text in msgid only the text in msgstr, you have to place it back.

    You should have something like this:

    msgid "By <span itemprop="author" class="fn">%1$s</span> on <span class="date updated">%2$s</span>"

msgid "Posté par <span itemprop="author" class="fn">%1$s</span> sur <span class="date updated">%2$s</span>"

    Hello,

    I’ve put back the original file. I really don’t see which line is concerned by the pb of translation on my home : “By author on date”. Everything seems to be translated in the language file. Could you tell me which line it is?

    Hi,
    You can find it at fr_FR.po and change through PO edit software. It will create mo file so please upload both po and mo files. You can use this plugin for missing translation https://wordpress.org/plugins/real-time-find-and-replace.

    Hi,
    1-You will need to open the .po file in PO Edit. Once opened, you will see all strings that needs to be translated. Type the translation of a string into the

    2- “Translation” column. Do not delete or edit “Original string” part.
    When you finish translating, save the file. This will create an .mo file in the same directory.

    3- Upload the new files into the languages folder of the theme /wp-content/themes/dante/languages/ and then follow this guide: http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_in_Your_Language#Single-Site_Installations

    Yep but I mean that in the translation column; the “by… on” seem to be translated as “Posté par… le” but on my blog, I still have the english translation.

    Hi,
    Please follow my last reply to create this translation again through PO edit software. This will generate mo files so please both po and mo files at /dante/language/.
