    Hi,

Just purchased and installed the theme. When I now try to change a theme option it will not save. The right part of the panel turns a darker colour and then seems to be stuck. The options can no longer be changed until I do a refresh. When I do the refresh I see that changes have indeed not been saved.

Any idea what can be wrong? I have included the WordPress userid and password in case you want to have a look.

The attached screenshot shows how the screen looks after saving. The only thing I have tried to do is change the header from type to to type 5 and then save.

    Cheers,
    Johan

    Hi,

Couldn’t login with those credentials. Can you assign new ones?
Also try to deactivate all plugins except SwiftFramework

Sorry about that! Here you go:

    Username: TempAdmin
    Password: 2016!Howdy01x
    http://nio.photography/wp-login.php

All plugins, except the ones needed for the theme are deactivated at the moment!

    Hi,

I saved it without any problem.
Can you clear your browser cache and try again? Also try in a different browser.

    Hi Rui,

Now that is weird. If I use the TempAdmin that I created for you I can indeed save without a problem. If I use my own Admin password I can’t. Both have the same role …

I am lost … any idea?

    Thanks so far,
    Johan

    Hi again Rui,

I guess it is not really logical that this would be theme related, so there must be something wrong with my WordPress database. To be safe, I will reset WordPress, re-import posts and pages from my live site and then re-install the theme.

Thanks for the help so far. If I run into it again after the re-install I probably will come back to you 🙂

    Best regards,
    Johan

    Hi Rui,

Rebuild the whole thing from scratch and now everything is fine. Case closed.

    Thanks,
    Johan
