I can only access my WP-Admin pagen when I rename the swift-framwork plugin. Because of this irregularity I am nog able to change the home page with the Swift Page builder.
    Could you check?
    Thanks.

    Hi,

Can’t access your admin. Will need FTP credentials to be able to get in.
    Use the private reply.

    Hi,

Didn’t get any email, I didn’t provide you my email 🙂

Can you check with the hosting support if they can send the error logs, also the admin area seems too slow.

I’m trying to figure it out.

    Hi,

This file you sent me is the access log, it monitors the requests that are made to the server but it don’t store the errors.

You have a specific file just for the errors, usually called error_log
    Can you check again. thanks

    Hi,

I’m getting a white page in the admin area. It seems memory problems.
Can you check your WP memory settings inside the wp-config.php ?

    Hi,

    The attachment wasn’t uploaded.

You need to adjust/add you WordPress memory settings inside the wp-config.php file

Change your WordPress memory to 128M or a maximum 256M.
Also check the official documentation from WordPress in the link below.
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
