I’m developing using XAMPP on Windows. On my local machine everything works fine. However, when I move my website from my PC to my hosted staging area either manually or using Backup Buddy my logo (normal and retina) doesn’t load anymore. I have to remove both logos and re-insert them in the Header panel and save it, then they re-appear again. Same happens to all images I use in Rev Slider. After moving the site, the slider won’t load at all showing the spinning wheel. Here also, I have to remove all image layers (they show up perfectly in the slider development area) and re-insert them and save the slider to make everything work again. Just moving an image and saving the slider, doesn’t cut it.
All other images I use on my site show up without problems at all. It’s always the logos and the images in the Rev Slider that cause this problem.
Any idea what can cause this behavior?
    Thanks

    Hi,
I checked your site and found that all images, icons are loading perfectly.
    Thanks

Well, of course they are now, because I did what I explained: I removed them and re-inserted them on the staging site. But without this procedure they would not display.

    Hi @mmotif

It’s hard for us to debug without being able to see the issue occurring on the site – sounds like the move may have not referenced the original images in their correct locations.

Understood. I was hoping that this may have occurred before and you had an answer. Next time I move my site over I don’t do the image changes until you could have a look at it.

I think I found what the issue was. The problem only occurs when I do a BackupBuddy overlay restore. When I wipe my site and do a clean install the problem does not occur.

    Sorry for the confusion.
