To be more specific, this first link is a Page, and displays the default Alt 1 page heading that I assigned in the settings: http://108.167.133.11/~ruralmed/services/

This page link is a Post, and does not take on the default Alt 1 heading (including the photo I assigned to Alt 1): http://108.167.133.11/~ruralmed/another-current-news-title/

How can I get all of the Post pages to automatically display the Alt 1 heading?
