  This seems to only be a problem in Chrome and only when a page has a Swift Slider with video at the top of the page.

  If I set a row’s background type = image, background image movement = fixed, we get weird blocky rendering of that section as you scroll.

  I’ve seen similar issues in the forum but not quite the same.

  Can confirm it’s only an issue when the video is also present on the page.
