  Hi,

  We are experiencing some issues with Atelier on mobile phones. The theme just works fine on desktops and tablets and even on the most phones. However it seems it does not work at all on Microsoft/Lumia smartphones.

  The homepage crahes and the browser force closes each time I try to load the site on Lumia phones. I can however load other pages, for example the maacraft.org/about loads fine, but the homepage crahes every time. Even if some pages can be loaded the mobile menu does not work at all. You can not click on any of the menu items.

  You can also check the menu issue if you check the “Page Source” with Google Chrome and select to view the site on Nokia Lumia devices. You can see that the menu is grey and you can not click on any menu items… (please see attached image as well).

  Is there a way to fix this issue (homepage crash+menu issue)?

  The menu is appearing on the top instead of appearing from left.

  That CSS will fix the issue on Nokia phones (and any which don’t support CSS3).

  We are looking into the crash issue. Do you have any logs on the error on your phone? We don’t have a Nokia Lumia device so are reaching out to 3rd parties to investigate this, so any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

  Thanks a lot for the help. The CSS works fine, so now the menu issue is fixed. However the homepage crash still exists, but only on Lumia phones…

  Just wanted to let you know the we have found the source of the IE11 crash, and it is now fixed on our demo, and will be included in the theme update this week.

  Hi Ed!

  Thanks for the info. Indeed, since the last Atelier theme update the Lumia crash has been solved. The theme now works fine on Lumia phones.

  However I also have another site, running Neighborhood theme (wpversion: 4.2.2, theme version: 2.18). You can find the site at: http://www.keleclothing.com
  Since the last 2.18 Neigborhood update I have the same Lumia browser crash issue that I had with Atelier. Are you planning to solve this issue as well?

  Thanks for the update, glad it’s sorted in Atelier.

  Regarding Neighborhood, can you open a new topic in Neighborhood section, providing again the site url and WordPress admin credentials in the Topic form so we can try to do the same change we did in Atelier.
