    Hi there

I have 2 issues, the first is fata errors such as this on one my product pages. My hosting provider said it was likely an issue with Neighborhoood and WooCommerce that needs sorting. Can you help at all?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function YITH_WCWL() in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data02/97/2402997/html/wp-content/themes/neighborhood/includes/swift-framework/sf-woocommerce.php on line 254

I am also getting an error saying the following:

“Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files. If you notice an issue on your site, this could be the reason. Please contact your theme developer for further assistance.”

The system status report shows this:
“neighborhood/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.8, ”

My hosting provider said it is again an issue with WooCommerece and Neighborhood.

Apologies in advance, I’m a novice when it comes to WordPress and your support is much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Amy

    Hi,

Regarding the first situation to do you have the Wishlist plugin active?

Regarding the outdated files it seems you have a child theme, with a previous version with some modifications.

Compare that file to the current one inside Neighborhood, update the version number inside your customized file to match the one in the parent theme so the warning can go way.

The only difference between the 2 files should be your own changes.

Thanks Rui. I do have the latest wishlist plug in active, yes. The fata error issues seem to be resolved now after deactivating and reinstalling the Woocommerce plugin.

I am still seeing the “bundled outdated copies of Woocommerce” system error however.

My website is brand new and I don’t have a child theme yet.

(separate question – do changes such as adding products and images and new pages etc. come under “/themes/yourthemename/” directory? I will set up a child theme if so).

Could there be another reason for the error? Thanks again.

    Hi,

Just manage to check that you are still in the version 2.16.

You should update to the latest 2.18. Go to Appearance-> Themes Click On Neighborhood details and hit the upgrade link.

The products, pages and images are stored in the database not in the theme files. The images besides some information is stored in the database the physical images are stored in the directory wp-content/uploads/
