    Hi guys

    Almost done with my website 🙂 But im having problems with video on mobile and tablets.
    I have an low res mp4 hosted that is working here : http://www.pnitas.es/home-video
    When i try it on mobile or tablet is not working. I can see the button, but no video.

    I have cleaned cache and ask friends to try on their devices, same problem for them..

    Whats the problem with this?

    Hi guys, sorry for the rush; but tomorrow is our D day and couldnt find a solution for this.

    Hi,

    That’s not a problem in your site, that’s an limitation on the mobile devices that don’t load video automatically. We have an option where you can choose an image instead just to show in mobile.

    Do you mean that i can show an image as the video is loading? Because yesterday i waited for 5 minutes with wifi enabled and couldnt see the video ( that its “only” 13mb )
    Or you mean i can put a video screenshot that is linked to a video url ( external or embded )

    Otherwise i could create a page builder video section only visible for mobile and table, isnt it?

    No that’s not what I meant. It’s not a question of time, videos just don’t load automatically in mobile.

    The only alternative is having an video player asset like in this page.
