Hello,
I’m having a lot of problems trying to replicate Homepage 8 (Naked). I found the guide with the custom CSS and tried that, but it didn’t help. I don’t want the page title to display because it gets in the way of the immersive experience, but when I check the “hide page title” box the parallax is no longer a full cover. It shows a gap at the bottom of the page that’s the same height as the title bar that’s not showing up. I’ve scoured the CSS and can’t seem to find where to adjust for that. It’s really frustrating and doesn’t appear to be an issue in the demo, so not sure why it’s happening to me.

Can you tell us what guide did you use?
That is probably and older topic because now it’s already possible to have the naked header without that custom css.

May 4, 2015 at 7:01 pm #171721Hello,
I said I tried the guide (to troubleshoot this issue myself) and it didn’t do anything. The custom code was deleted after being tried.
That information was just added so that support didn’t tell me “use the guide”, like in the Themeforest comments. This is the guide I’m talking about: http://www.swiftideas.com/knowledgebase/replicating-the-demo-naked-header-example/
Here is the issue again, because it doesn’t seem like you’ve logged in and actually tried to troubleshoot it: It is the homepage. The top element is a video parallax that should be a cover (run the height and width of the full page). The meta settings are set to “Naked Header (Light)” and to hide the space at the top of the page. If I try and check “Hide Page Title”, it shows a gap at the bottom of the page the height of the page title, instead of giving the full parallax cover effect. If I let the page title display, the parallax cover works fine, but that ruins the naked effect.
What I need is to help find out why this is happening and how to fix it. The parallax needs to work without the title displaying.
This is holding back the launch of the website. If need be, please escalate to higher support.
Thank you.
May 4, 2015 at 7:14 pm #171728I asked you that so I could understand exactly if you follow that old guide or not. That comment in Themeforest has about 4 months, that’s what we had back then.
Now isn’t necessary to use that custom css, it should work has default. I needed to understand this before login in your site.
I will check this myself, If I can’t sort it don’t worry because I will escalate it to our head developer.

My colleague will assist you shortly when he comes online.
Thanks
MohammadMay 5, 2015 at 1:53 pm #171963Hi,
I just erased that space in the bottom of the page with this css.
.naked-header .inner-page-wrap { margin-bottom: 0px; }
Let us know if still missing something.

May 5, 2015 at 7:48 pm #172137That didn’t fix it.
The issue is that the cover is not extending all the way to the bottom of the screen. It shows a gap at the bottom. Please see the screenshots I posted in the original thread.
May 5, 2015 at 7:50 pm #172138Here is a new screenshot that makes it clearer because it is actually showing text at the bottom and not blank white.
If the Page Title is displaying, this issue does not occur. If the page title is NOT displaying, then the full cover effect does not work.
The full cover needs to work without showing the title.

I think it’s better to forward to Ed. Let’s wait for his reply.-Rui
May 6, 2015 at 11:58 am #172367Hi @FNFWeb
What version of the theme are you using? We added a page meta checkbox option to enable the naked header on any page, without any custom css, in v2.70 – https://www.dropbox.com/s/ldzv4hiajjed8hd/Screenshot%202015-05-06%2012.57.26.png?dl=0
Please try deleting the custom css, and enabling that option. Hopefully that helps.
