  Hello. Your customer service has always been great in the past so I hope you can guide me in the right direction. This is the first website I have ever attempted to build. Its been taking me months. I did a theme check and notice a lot of errors and recommendations.

  I am aware things may look right on the outside but on the inside things can be wrong. I have attached a word document to show the mess I have on my hands. Would you know of someone who fixes issues like this that I could pay for there services. It seems like it may be a lot of work to put on your support team. Thanks

  Hi,

  Can you update first to the latest version we launched?
  Go to Appearance-> Themes-> Click on Flexform details and update.

  The site itself looks fine where are you getting those errors?

  One again thank you very much for your reply. I updated site and all plugins. I was getting those errors from running theme check. I reran and have attached the file or the new scan. What are you thoughts thank you.

  I also have wordfence plugin installed and the errors I see here are ones that when I enable certain plugins i.e. visual composer the site crash. I have attached the scan activity log. I once tried to make a fix the recommended and I lost my whole site.

  Is their a different plugin you can recommend that will check my site for errors or conflicts that is better that worfence?

  Hi Avery,

  You can ignore the Theme Check – that is only really for submitting a theme to the wordpress.org repository, and is not for ThemeForest themes as standard. Definitely not of any worry to you as a user of the theme.

  The WordFence errors are to do with a plugin, not the theme.
