    Hi,

    I’ve just looked in my logs and seem to be seeing lots of theme function errors, any idea what’s going on and how to fix?

    Do you have the Debug on? try to turn it off.

    It’s not about hiding the errors, it’s about not having undefined methods firing off on page load – surely it’s not normal to have 100’s of errors in the logs?

    I’ve just been looking through things and finding that most of the queries that this theme is doing are extremely slow.

    This is causing the site to be unusable. Shop pages taking 8-20 seconds to load, and blog/galleries 3-5 seconds, we use WPengine so speed from our host shouldn’t be a problem and their tech guys pointed us to issues with this theme.

    Can you please provide some insight into this and what can be done to improve the speed?

    We also use WpEngine and our site doesn’t take that time, the queries are the same. Several things can impact on speed like additional plugins that can be consuming some extra memory.

    The complexity of a product(number of variations) can also slow down the product page.

    Can you try a quick test and turn off the plugins except for Woocommerce and check the speed again?
