  Hi:

  I just encountered a bug with Cardinal and wordpress. It seems like a lot of theme are having this issue.

  When Cardinal’s child theme is activated with it’s base theme (no plugins active) the grid view in the media library no longer loads content, only in list view.

  When all plugins are deactivated and the theme is switched back to the base 2014 theme, the problem does not exist and is fixed.

  Also, now that I’ve found it, uploading images to Galleries does not work, the media library doe not load content to put in galleries…. This is a bigger issue than I expected. Thoughts?

  Hi Justin,

  I’ve tested here and the media displays in gallery layout just fine. This sounds like you may have an issue with your setup, potentially a plugin or hosting – if you’ve tried disabling all plugins, maybe asking your host to check the server logs may show something up.

  The theme itself (or even the child theme) wouldn’t have any cause on the issue with this.
