    Hi,
    Swiftslider background video not showing on safari and firefox. Please check the the link in the above in the ticket details.

    I’ve seen in the forum that webm should be supported right?

    Safari does not support Webm, however the other 2 do, which are both working fine for me

    Ok, but swiftslider supports html?
    looking at the settings it only supports mp4, webm, and ogg.

    The video works fine for me in firefox, on 2 machines, therefore it must just be your machine

    hello i have the same issue

    everything is working fine on desktop but not on mobile or tablet, te video doesn’t show in the background

    Hi

    Videos can’t autoplay on mobile, so it makes the whole sense of a video background pretty pointless unfortunately – that’s why we implemented a fallback to the image set in the row for mobile devices.

    You need to select image for your background, set the image, then switch back to video

    perfect, for your info I put a GIF sequence instead of a photo ant it works great
