    Yes this is a new feature

    FYI if you read our notice in the sidebar it states:

    ‘We work on the oldest topic first, so adding a new comment will take you to the back of the queue.’

    So each time you have posted a new comment updating us how long it’s been since you’ve had a reply, you’ve actually pushed your topic to the back of the queue

    To notice a bug you have to do these few steps.

    1. Add to the shopping cart on the home page.
    2. After that, try to remove items from the cart.
    3. You need to do this on the main page

    You will notice that the left corner at the top of the page displays a notification with the usual tests.

    Especially for you, I made a few GIF. Now you can see this error in different browsers:
