  Hi Swift,

  Despite my extensive efforts to protect my site with all manner of security plugins, password resets, FTP resets, theme re-installs… My still site encounters modified index.php daily. Can you please tell me if the following is correct?… Because Wordfence flags it as a critical error and it is affecting my google presence.

  Modified index.php
  include “./wp-admin/headers/wp-class-headers.php”;

  Hi,
  It seems any plugin issue so please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
