  Hi guys,

  My cancelled order emails have a small bug, the subject and the Order Nº before the date (as you can see in the picture) have the correct order number, but than in the email body the order number is different.

  This is happening in every single order cancelled. I searched online for that error and checked the code of that email. That part says “‘The order #%d from %s has been cancelled” and as far as I could understand it is correct….

  Any tips of what can be happening?

  Hi,

  Don’t you have any plugin to control the order number sequence?

  Try to cancel an order with all plugins disabled except Woocommerce of course. It may be a plugin conflict.

  Our theme doesn’t interact with those emails.
