  Hi,

  That’s because you disabled the Visual Editor in the user profile. It needs to be active like it his by default so the Swift Page Builder can work.

  Already changed it. Give it a try.

  Hi Rui,

  I’ve tried active the visual editor in the user profile. And set YES in Woocommerce options -> Page Builder on Product Pages, however, page builder doesn’t appear yet. Please help.

  @TLpro – Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
