    Sample: http://taffydev.com.au/clients/hatziscusack/services/

    1) Accordion element does not work. I have established a 4 section accordion on this page and it does not appear in any browser.

    2) I have established 4 toggle sections and the bullets to not appear on the lists inside the toggle windows.

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Hi

    I need you to try 2 things:

    1) Disable al of your plugins, then check this page: http://taffydev.com.au/clients/hatziscusack/test-accorion/ to see if it’s fixed

    If that does not work

    2) Open your wp-config.php file and set WP_DEBUG to True and let me know when you have done so

    Hi Kyle,

    1) Turning off the Plugin worked. Thanks

    2) How can we get the bullet points to be visible in the Toggle boxes?

    Hi,

    Add the code below to your custom css option.

    .spb_toggle ul {
    list-style: inherit!important;
    margin-left: 20px!important;
    }

    Hi,
    I’ve got the same problem. Accordion doesn’t appear: http://www.mafreino.com/clinicacubells/test

    I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins but it still doesn’t work. What can I do?

    Hi @joanrojeski

    It seems you don’t have the latest Joyn version, please update and clear the cache.
    Also if it’s doens’t work try to disable all plugins and test again to discard any possible conflict.

    I have a problem with the updates… I’ve modified some lines in some files and I understand that if I update to the last version… I would lose all my changes, right?

    Yes that’s right. But I guess it’s better to start moving those changes to a child theme or else you won’t benefit of the fixes/new features that the new versions have.

    But I think in your current version we hadn’t any problem with the accordions, so give it a try by deactivating all plugins and testing again.

    I’ve just deactivated all the plugins again but… no changes. Accordions don’t work (toggles do from the beginning).

    I don’t know how to configure a child theme, is there any link about it?

    Thank you.

    The child theme should be inside the files downloaded from Themeforest. It’s a zip called joyn_child.zip

    Just upload and activated it, it comes with 2 files.
    Style.css and functions.php

    Some documentation
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

    Can you provide me admin access to figure out the accordion issue?

    Hi Rui,

    Adding

    .spb_toggle ul {
    list-style: inherit!important;
    margin-left: 20px!important;
    }

    to the Custom CSS does not work.

    Please advise ASAP.

    Hi,

    It’s working already, it was just a mistake in the class element.
