    Hi,

I’m trying to add some imagens to my blog posts but I’m having some problems with some images.

I’d like to understand what is the proper size and dimension for the thumbnails. Currently in my blog posts just the smaller images works.

    Thanks.

    Hi

Not sure what you mean? What sizes are you asking about? You should be able to upload any size image for your posts

    Well, let me explain.

When I try to use an image with dimension 760×507 as thumbnail it don’t works. But if use an image with 371×237 then it works.

And I’m having another problem here, when the smaller image works for thumbnail and detail images it don’t work for related article images.

Shure, here is the link: http://www.otocador.com.br/planejar-para-conquistar/

In this post you can see that the thumbnail for the post “Mas o que é Técnica?” don’t works.

You sure you have set a thumbnail image for that post? In the post meta options?

Yes, you can see the thumbnail working in the home page: http://www.otocador.com.br

And the detail image is ok for the post: http://www.otocador.com.br/mas-o-que-e-tecnica/

But it does not work for the related article thumbnail inside the other posts.

As you can see in the bottom of posts:

    and

    Hi,

    Check my image below.
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/vtts78n0m9x86e2/related_posts_navigation.png?dl=0

If you are talking about those red areas, that navigation doesn’t have any thumbnails has default.

    Hello Rui,

Actually I deactivated this area because it’s not working.

I did a test here to try to understand what is the problem. I downloaded an image from the Flexform demonstration blog and upload to my site to see what happens.

    This is the image:
    http://flexform.swiftideas.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/16494750_72dpi_flip1-1170×779.jpg

So I put this image as my post thumbnail in the post: “Mas o que é técnica?” as you can see int the image “ThumbnailConfig”.

And still don’t work, the thumbnail is not in the post as you can see in the image “ThumbnailNotWorking”.

In my tests here the thumbnail image works just in the case I upload an image with 371×237 dimension.

Can you please enable WP Debug to see if any errors show up, maybe you do not have GD Image Library enabled on your server

    Shure, it’s enabled.

please use the address otocador.com instead of otocador.com.br.

I took a look and found that the GD image was not installed. I installed and it looks like everything is working now.
