    Hi there!

    I have an issue with the checkout page. I have included a screenshot where you can see in a light grey all the info about the total and shipping and that stuff and also if you look closer you can see two little grey dots in the centre which are all the time spining around and never stop.
    People can buy but not make the payment…please help!

    Hi,

    Your site seems to be down at the moment.
    try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce, clear the cache and try again.

    Just to discard any possible plugin conflict.

    Hi,

    Just checked and it’s also happening when you activate the default WordPress theme.
    In this case you should contact Woocommerce support.
