  Hi,

  Is it possible to set the catalog mode for some categories only?
  I would like to be able to put a Paypal button (paiement in CHF) in some of my product instead of the € basket

  The both situations are not possible has default.
  Only possible with a deeper customization that is outside of our support scope.
