  Create a blank page, go to WooCommerce Settings > Products and assign that page as the products page.

  The options for this page like sidebar etc are in Theme Options > WooCommerce Options

  You can use the sidebar you like, you just have to choose it in the Theme Options-> Woocommerce Options.
