    Hi Flexform –

    I updated the Flexform theme in my website a couple hours ago (admin panel, updates) and now the website doesn’t show on the web.
    • Files are on the server and seem fine
    • I can access the pages through admin
    • cannot view site

    no idea what to make of this.
    Please help URGENTLY.

    Client just launched yesterday – they have been driving traffic to a site that is gone.

    Hi,

    It seems that not all the files were transferred.
    Try to upload the theme files again using ftp.

    This was done through an auto-update in the admin panel so I have no theme files to FTP, unless I do a backup. But I am afraid to keep those in case they are incomplete.

    Just for your info, this is happening when one does an auto-update. Are all the files there on your end? Maybe look into it, to be sure.

    I have already restored the theme files that i had from backup. The site shows again.
