hi everybody,
in my login there is only a field for registered customers.
I am wondering why the field for new customers does not appear.
(see the image attached).is there something missing?
thanks a lot and best wishes,

You need to go to WooCommerce Settings > Account and allow users to register on account page

January 23, 2015 at 9:56 am #143726Hi Kyle,
thanks a lot!
it works.two more questions regarding the account page:
1.) is it possible to remove those buttons:
– Shipping Information
– Returns & Exchange
– FAQS2.) some titles appear in english instead of german.
is this a woocommerce language problem or is it somehow possible to change?(see the image attached)
thank you so much for your help!
best wishes, Lisa

1) Add this to your custom css:
.help-bar > ul > li:not(:first-child) { display: none; }
2) You need to translate the strings using the po/mo files, I recommend using https://wordpress.org/plugins/codestyling-localization/

January 23, 2015 at 11:07 am #143773Hi Kyle,
1.) many thanks!
it works!2.) I am already using the plugin “WooCommerce_german” and I only need the german language.
everything is translated only those few words are missing.
should I anyway use the code styling-localizaion plugin?or do you think the problem belongs to the WooCommerce_german plugin?
many thanks and best wishes,
LisaJanuary 23, 2015 at 11:11 am #143776Those strings are part of the theme, not woocommerce, so you need to translate the strings from the theme using the code styling-localizaion plugin

January 23, 2015 at 11:34 am #143785Hi Kyle,
thank you.
I installed it – then I switched to themes and added a new language (german).
(see the attachment) – in this file I translated those buttons.I am working with a child theme – but this does not show up here.
maybe thats why this is not working?thanks a lot!
best wishes,

February 5, 2015 at 6:14 pm #147671hi again,
after my theme update all translations which I made in the “code styling-localizaion plugin” are gone.
is this normal?do I have to translate it after an update again?

LisaFebruary 6, 2015 at 2:02 pm #147847Hi,
The .mo files were replace by the ones in the them. Do you have a backup that you can replace them again?
Check this topic where I explain how to load the language files inside the child theme to avoid this situations in the updates.
