    Hi,

    I’ve noticed that scrolling down (swiping down) the page on my mobile device is not working anymore.

    The site just “freezes” at the height of the device screen.

    Smartphone: Nexus 4 with Android 5.0.1

    Thanks,
    Eric

    Hi,

    Also no problem here on Samsung S4.
    I went to the bottom of the page.

    Try to clear the browser cache.

    I’ve cleared the cache and the problem persists with my site and also with all the Cardinal demos when using Chrome for Android (version 40.0.2214.89).

    However the sites are working fine with the Firefox for Android browser.

    Any other suggestion?

    Hi,

    What is your Android version? Mine is 4.4.2
    Can you make or ask anyone with a Nexus 5 to make the same test?

    We don’t have similar situations reported.

    I’m using Android 5.0.1.

    As reported by ontheline2 earlier, the problem exists on the Nexus 5 too.

    Hi,

    Will have to check this with the development team. The problem is the lack of tools to debug on a Nexus 5.

    In the chrome emulator it works fine but is not the same thing has a real device.
    Do you have any change to make a test or ask someone to test in a different Nexus 5?

    Hi,

    Can you try add the code below to your custom css option?

    @media screen and (max-width: 1024px){
    html, body{
    z-index: 0 !important;
    overflow: scroll !important;
    }
    }

    Clear the cache before testing.

    Hi,

    I have added the css code you have provided, cleared my cash and the page still doesn’t scroll.

    I am using Chrome on a Galaxy Note 4.

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Tom.

    This was fixed now by the development team. It will be available on the next theme update.

    If you need it sooner please send an email using the contact form in the link below, just saying that you need the fixed version of Cardinal because you couldn’t scroll on Mobile.

    thanks

    Hi Rui,

    What exactly was the fix? I’m experiencing it as well and I can’t update the theme currently due to some office permissions.

    Adding the custom css above didn’t work for me.
    I’ll wait for the update.
    Thanks Rui.
