  Hello,

  I’ve placed the Form 7 shortcode for my Contact Form in the ‘Theme Options > WooCommerce Options > Email customer care modal’ area. But since my page is multilingual, I don’t know how (if) can I use different shortcodes for each language.

  Each languages has its own Form, since they use different word (translated form).

  Using WPML you should have one page version for each language.
