On my homepage, http://modrepo.com/wp-signup.php shows the Swift Slider up top which is unexpected and undesired. How do I fix this?

While we are at it, the final registration page that shows the site url and account details, the footer is all the way up to the page and ugly, how do I nest the footer at the bottom or add spacing?
