  Hi,

  we have set up attributes to all the products, and when we’re trying to use the super search it just comes up with all the products instead of the right attributes (the specific products…)

  any idea?

  Hi,
  Please go to Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Woocommerce Sidebar -> Insert all filter widget to this sidebar. Make sure also that you have activated woocommerce sidebar for shop pages.

  Hi,
  1- There are many filter widget at Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets.

  2- Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Woocommerce Options -> Shop Sidebar -> Choose Woocommerce sidebar here.

  Please note, we tried this a few days ago and it used to work fine. BUT we decided to change the name of the search so we started all over again. and now it’s not working for us.

  it comes up with all the products and not the specific ones from the search…

  tried the woocommerce thing and it still doesn’t work.

  exactly! that’s why i wrote in the title, ‘Super search’
  we are trying to get this working on the super search and not the sidebars because we don’t have any.

  any help for that?

  Its recommended that super search always work with shop sidebar with filter widgets. Hope you will understand.

  thanks for the reply.

  i do understand what you are saying but i must admit that it used to work for us, in the theme you got a super search (“personal shopper”) on top of the website by default and it’s not working for us, what can i say… i hope maybe you can test it yourself what we did wrong this time.
